I’m Jessica Deckert, a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), and I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families navigating OCD and anxiety disorders. I provide services that are trauma-informed, culturally appropriate for you, and 2SLGBTQIA welcoming. I am dedicated to helping you achieve meaningful change.
I proudly serve communities across Manitoba, offering online therapy (telehealth) to ensure accessible care no matter where you are. My individual therapy services are tailored to your unique needs and integrate proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address challenges such as intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and overwhelming anxiety. I will also be offering Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy soon!
