Fees listed below are the current standard price, however at Ascent OCD & Anxiety Counselling, I am committed to making specialized therapy as accessible as possible while maintaining the sustainability of my practice. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Clients are invited to request more information on sliding scale options during a consultation call or at your initial appointment.
Individual Therapy
Individual counselling services are available for individuals ages 6 and up. Sessions are offered both virtually and in persons.
50-60 mins | $175
30 mins | $90 (only available for current clients)
Intensive Outpatient
For individuals with significant symptoms, individualized treatment plans can be created. These plans would involve multiple sessions per week with the goal of keeping you at home while reducing symptoms. Limited space available for this kind of service.

Family based interventions can help reduce symptoms for the individual suffering. It can also be helpful at reducing stress and empowering caregivers.
